cpp3State & Federal Labor Law Posters

$49 first time purchasers

$29 renewal rate for returning customers who have purchased in the previous 12 months

Chamber Code: HLCC

Do I have to post labor law posters?
Yes, if you have one or more employees. Required notices exist so your employees are aware of their
employment rights and various workplace laws and regulations. These postings must be available in a common area regularly visited by employees where they have an unobstructed opportunity to visit them.

How often do labor law posters change?
No one can accurately predict this as the posting revisions result from regulatory or legislative changes that follow no set time table. Notices also come from a number of different State and Federal agencies, which makes it very difficult for the average employer to know which notices are required, when they change or even where to find them.

Your Labor Law Compliance Poster Set includes all of the required notices that employers are required to display:

  • Michigan Law Prohibits Discrimination
  • Michigan Employment Security Act
  • Michigan Whistleblowers Protection Act
  • Michigan Right to Know/SDS Location
  • New or Revised SDS
  • Michigan Youth Employment Standards Act
  • Michigan Safety and Health Protection on the Job
  • Michigan Minimum Wage Law of 1964
  • Michigan Wage and Hour Division General Rules
  • Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law
  • Notice to Workers with Disabilities
  • Federal Minimum Wage (Your Rights Under the Fair Labor Standards Act)
  • USERRA
  • Your Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act
  • Employee Polygraph Protection Act
  • OSHA
  • COBRA Posting
